Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • identify and articulate at least three core values essential to ethical leadership and explain how these values influence decision-making in real-world scenarios;

  • evaluate at least two ethical dilemmas in the workplace and apply the ethical decision-making framework to determine the best course of action in each case; and

  • create a personalized action plan that outlines specific behaviors and practices they will adopt to model ethical leadership in their roles within the next 30 days.
