This training empowers participants to communicate their thoughts, needs, and feedback clearly and respectfully — balancing confidence with empathy. Through interactive exercises and real-life simulations, attendees practice expressing themselves assertively without aggression, while maintaining professionalism. Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • Understand the assertive communication framework, including rights, boundaries, and communication styles.

  • Practice assertive communication through role-plays, dialogue simulations, and case-based exercises.

  • Complete a communication action plan identifying real workplace conversations where they will apply assertiveness techniques.

  4. Role-plays: Assertiveness in Real Scenarios – Group simulations to develop confidence.

  5. Communication Improvement Plan – Participants select specific conversations to apply assertive techniques.
