This workshop equips participants with the knowledge and tools to handle workplace conflicts constructively — focusing on understanding conflict origins, communicating effectively, and mediating disputes with empathy. Through scenario-based role-plays and step-by-step conflict resolution frameworks, attendees practice resolving different types of conflicts. The training aims to build a more harmonious workplace, reduce friction, and foster mutual respect among team members.

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
Understand conflict resolution frameworks, including conflict types, root-cause analysis, and resolution models.
Use these frameworks in case studies, conflict-scenario role-plays, and mediation simulations.
Create a conflict-management action plan outlining strategies for handling recurring disputes in their workplace.
