This session equips participants with practical techniques to set meaningful, actionable goals and manage their time more productively — helping them turn aspirations into concrete action plans. Through guided exercises, attendees learn how to prioritize tasks, break down goals into manageable steps, and avoid common time-wasters. The result: individuals who are more focused, organized, and ready to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
Demonstrate understanding of the SMART goal framework and time-management concepts, including prioritization and productivity models.
Apply these frameworks to case studies and real-life scenarios, creating goal maps, priority matrices, or productivity strategies through individual and group work.
Complete a personal action plan outlining 3–5 workplace goals and productivity strategies to apply immediately in their roles.
