Train the Trainers
21-22 October 2026 | REAP Center, Quezon City, 8:00AM to 5:00PM | Php6,700.00
This comprehensive “Train the Trainers” program empowers selected staff to become competent, confident facilitators — enabling their organizations to deliver consistent, high-quality internal training. Over two full-day sessions, participants learn adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, session planning, and participant engagement strategies, then build and present their own training modules. The result: sustainable capacity-building within the organization and a growing pool of internal trainers ready to lead future development initiatives.
Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
Understand adult learning frameworks, session design principles, and facilitation models.
Apply these frameworks by creating and delivering training modules, facilitation demonstrations, and peer-evaluated simulations.
Produce a trainer action plan outlining future sessions they will deliver and facilitation tools they will apply in their organization.
