This workshop enables supervisors, team leads, and HR personnel to become effective coaches and mentors — guiding their teams or juniors toward improved performance, growth, and engagement. Through interactive exercises and real-life mentoring scenarios, participants learn how to give constructive feedback, set development goals, and build trust. The training empowers organizations to nurture internal talent, reduce turnover, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of coaching and mentoring frameworks, including GROW and developmental feedback models.

  • Apply these frameworks through live coaching triads, mentoring case simulations, and guided feedback practice.

  • Complete a coaching/mentoring action plan describing upcoming sessions, mentee goals, and workplace application strategies.
