This workshop helps leaders and aspiring leaders adapt their leadership style to different team dynamics and workplace situations, enhancing effectiveness and adaptability. Participants engage in scenario-based exercises to practice diagnosing situations and applying the appropriate leadership response. The workshop empowers leaders to build trust, improve team cohesion, and foster a responsive, flexible work environment.
Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
Demonstrate understanding of the Situational Leadership framework and its four leadership styles.
Apply leadership diagnostics and style-matching through case studies, simulations, and group decision-making exercises.
Craft a leadership action plan detailing how they will adopt the appropriate leadership style for at least three real team scenarios in their workplace.
